Prior to his real estate career, Sam worked as a Financial Controller for a major international hotel group, giving him a strong foundation in finance and business operations. With dual Turkish and British nationality and a childhood spent in Germany, Sam is fluent in English, German, and Turkish - offering clients a unique advantage when navigating international property opportunities.

Passionate about people and community, Sam has been actively involved in supporting charitable causes ranging from children’s and disability charities to environmental initiatives and animal welfare.
