At BAARTZ our clients pay one single commission fee upon BAARTZ successfully finding a Tenant for your property. 

This means we do not charge you for…

• Collecting rent
• Drafting a Tenancy Agreement
• Registering a Deposit
• Referencing
• Right to Rent Checks
• Change of Tenants
• Contractor Liaison (if managed)
• TDS Registration
• Statements and end of year account summary’s

Paired with our transparent approach, we are also putting the tools you need in your hands.

All of the above are included within both of our Lettings services and we are constantly looking as ways we can add even more value to our clients.

Our two services

Our commission structure and offerings consist of a Letting Tenant Find & Rent Collect service.

Plus and in addition, a Tenant Find, Rent Collect and Full Property Management Service.

Commission is due to BAARTZ for the duration of the Tenancy. Including renewals, extensions and any other adjustments.

The commission is due annually in advance.

Let & Rent Collect - 10% + VAT (12%)

Let & Rent Collect including Full Property Management - 16% + VAT (19.2%)

Commission is deducted from the rent as it is received.

Such reports offer an update on market conditions and trends, as well as insightful commentary from members of the BAARTZ network of Agents.

All Tenancy Agreements are subject to a £149.00 Administration Fee.
